Aurélie Chaudieu

Influenced by a blend of Western psychology and Eastern practices, Aurélie Chaudieu has dedicated 15 years to fostering resilience in communities and individuals worldwide. For a decade, she served as a social justice advocate for NGOs, empowering vulnerable populations during and after crises. This experience shaped her perspective, leading her to become a psycho-somatic practitioner with certifications in energy healing and yoga. Aurélie is also a registered Dance/Movement Therapy practitioner, a certified Yin Yoga teacher, and a creative facilitator. In 2020, she founded StepAhead, a platform focused on transformative journeys through creativity, emphasizing resilience in trauma-informed interventions and client-centered processes, all aimed at promoting integrative well-being. Since then, she has accompanied hundreds of individuals worldwide, guiding them through the healing power of Art and Movement, especially those facing turning points in their lives.
